Portfolio

Hello Students,

Please note that the deadline for each of you to turn in the Portfolio is onWednesday, Dec 8th, from 10 am till 4 pm. I will be in my office @ COAS 245 during the time period.

The Portfolio will include:

1. Research Project: 2 copies.

1st copy: Your complete Draft with changes highlighted & my comments
2nd copy: Your revised Draft highlighting the changes you made after working on my comments

2. Cover Letter

Please put them all in a Folder, label the Folder:

Dec 2nd: In-class writing - Cover Letter

from 1:10 - 2:25: LAB 2. 160
from 2:35 - 3:50: LAB 2. 150

Dec 7th: In-class writing – revised Cover Letter

from 1:10 - 2:25: LAB 2. 110
from 2:35 - 3:50: LAB 2. 150

Your Project II (with my comments) will be returned to you for revision.

IMPORTANT!!!

Hi Students,

I hope your weekend went by greatly and that you've finished the work for the class too.

So, I am going to collect the COMPLETE Project II of yours tomorrow during class time. You will turn in 2 copies (1st copy: your Project II with corrections + stamp from the Writing center; and 2nd: your revised draft with changes highlighted). I will be in our regular classroom from 1:10. Please be on time.

One minor change in our AGENDA, as indicated in the blog, is the deadline for you to turn in your Portfolio is moved forward to Dec 8. The reason is Dec 10 is the Dead Day so you don't have to come to school. Please schedule the work and let finish it WELL and on time.

One more thing, regarding the presentation of Project II. I would need half of our class population to present on Nov 18 and the other half on Nov 23. I will ask for sign-in tomorrow when we meet.

Hi all,

As planned, you have been working on revising your Research Proposal and Annotative Bibliography. Please bring hard copies of the works to class tomorrow to turn in.

And all two classes tomorrow will be in LAB 2.110. Please be online.

Follow Up

Hi everyone,

The classes tomorrow were planned to take place in the LAB. However, there's no LAB availabilty for our sections at the moment. So, instead of having the classes tomorrow in the LAB, you will now either work at home or in the library. This extra time is given to you to follow up what you have been missing to this point of time. Please check the AGENDA and catch up with the work.
