Article: Peer Teaching Specific Revision Suggestions

Journal: The English Journal

This is a story about student which relation is on his daily drafts and feedbacks, and about their role of response and acquisition. As students their teachers found out that they had difficulties to respond effectively on their writing. As a result of not understanding (students) they had to make revisions and concreate suggestions with a group to find mistakes. The students teachers would have them focused on specific response and have them collaborate by writing in groups. The teachers are trying the best way to have the students perform reading aloud and hearing each other out as a group, which in the story is called PQP it is 2 thru 5 people in a group. As a group they initiate their discussion about their readings. Student writers have to provide specific information for revision. Also as a group they compare terms in their readings and writings to find out if they agree or disagree. The student has to follow up their readings and also have to do individual work. They also like to drill their topics to be effective and think. What is the most important response for their draft to analyze any important event and that could be a relevant response.

Question:

Why did peer – response groups focus on their convincing reasons for elections in the presidential elections?

Response:

My response to groups electing a president is the best choice, because these groups most agree on their convincing strategies as becoming president. As a group they would make a better decision realizing aspects on their speech and response. They could focus on every aspect of the persons mind and feeling on their wording and expressions.
