Understanding Composing





Summary:


The composing is a process that we make when we write. We have to make the idea about the thing that we want to write because it will vary in the topic, so it depends in that. But the art of composing is not as easy as you see, it have a lot of steps that we need to follow to make a better idea about what we are talking about. The writing appears to be recursive and you can know it seeing elements that can be visible or not visible.

The writing has an essential element call “the felt sense”. It is a sense that we have and we use to describe things of the topic with our own experiences or way of think. The felt sense is always with us because we always have a relation with a word or with a phrase. We also have the key words that are words that make a point in our writing, a lot of people when is writing stops and start to read all the things that them right and the write again, this is used to know what will be next to write. When we write we can make a discovery of a word or of a phrase and think about this and ask us if the word will be necessary or something like that, we have to read again and think the words to put and they have to explain our point or what we are talking about, we need to have a structure to follow, because we cant just write what we think, it has to be in order. To be a writer first you have to be a reader, you cant know to write if you don’t read because you cant be in the other part and know what the people want to teach you. we have to read before we write.

2. Explain “felt sense” in your own words. How do you relate the description of “felt sense” in the reading with you own experience? How do you “see” your “felt sense”?



Response:



The felt sense is something that you feel inside you like an inspiration and it makes you write better and it helps to other people to get to your point and understand you better. Everybody have a felt sense and they can feel it in different times and places, I know a guy who write songs and that things and he always write when he is in his bed, my point is that everybody have a felt sense, but for all it is different because maybe you will get your inspiration in the mall and I in my car, it is different to everybody but the point is that everybody have it.

When you want to explain something it is better if you explain with the help of your felt sense because sometimes the people just write whatever and they don’t even know what they write, and it is difficult to other people to understand you because how can other people understand what you are saying if you don’t even know what it is about, you have to felt what you are writing and do your better because a word can changes lives or things and in the future someone can need you or you can need someone. My point is that if you want to write something do it the better you can and never forget to use your felt sense because other people can need it, but first you have to read a lot to learn to write and read in focus because sometimes you are thinking other things and it is like you are doing nothing, so try your best.
